28:48 The West has an accomodative stance in merely saying that Non- developed countries have Options ! But in reality.. 1) US & German sanctions : Jet engine parts (forget tech transfer), on buying Russian arms, denying sales if high end arms to Arab countries doesn't really reflect the "Free Options to allign". 2) It doesn't come out as a "Coalition of the Willing" bcoz sanctioned/ Denied access countries look for alternatives. Often this search lures them into Debt traps or confuct deals on a weak footing. 3) West Ready to Work with Middle/ Emerging Markets ?.. - Doesn't appear to be true if IPR transfers are considered. Not just in security but even in Clean Energy Transition tech. 4) Remittances : Switzerland & US vetoed against Digital Transactions, which is even UN goal to bring down 3% of Transaction Costs against the current 6-8%. 5) Ukraine & Gaza? : NATO could at least stop militarisation of Sahel region countries in Africa with immediate effect. If sovereignty and human rights are so dear, better walk the talk everywhere. #West is adamant to not come out of its Mindset.
