連符タンギング地獄に苦しめられましたが、本番吹き切った達成感半端じゃなかったですね〜〜〜！練習しすぎて頭の中で永遠と音符が駆け巡ってたのが、懐かしいです。

Yes! Also, the main theme of this piece is a quote from a Tchaikovsky string quartet (not sure which one), and if I'm not mistaken, you can hear the 'swordfighting' from Romeo and Juliet in the percussion at 8:26 onwards. Pretty sure there are even more references I haven't found yet.

First heard this (brass-band version) live with Eikanger Bjørsvik in 2009. That was a performance that was so extraordinary that it has ruined this piece for me ever since.

Disco producido a partir de tres conciertos consecutivos ofrecidos en Altea (Alicante), Buñol (Valencia) y Castellón, en el fin de año de 2006.
