Not all lines are perfect, and not every ride is perfect. Along with those top ones, there are some real "heart stopping" moments. When you balance on the edge, sometimes it's just below, but once in a while it's a bit over. It can catch you by surprise, and other times it's a 50/50 shot from the beginning. Unpredictable snow, poor visibility, brutal ice, where one false move can have serious impact. Perfect pow, great sunny weather, perfect line, that's the best of freeride, but it's not all. Bad weather, poor snow quality, unstable snow, ice, taking risk, sometimes tad too much, that's also part of freeride, and is sometimes even better than those perfect conditions. These are my most extreme moments of 2024 skiing, from minor fun falls, balancing on the ice ridge, seeing nothing, to loosing firm ground and having fight with rocks. Enjoy!

Nie všetky "lajny" sú perfektné a nie každá jazda je dokonalá. Spolu s tými najlepšími, sú tu aj skutočné "srdce zastavujúce" momenty. Keď balansujete na hrane, niekedy je to tesne pod, občas ale aj jemne cez. Môže vás to prekvapiť, inokedy je to od začiatku 50 na 50. Nepredvídateľný sneh, nízka viditeľnosť, brutálny ľad, kde jeden zlý pohyb môže mať vážne následky. Perfektný prašan, krásne slnko, perfektný zjazd, to je to najlepšie na freeride-e, ale nie je to len o tom. Zlé počasie, zlá kvalita snehu, nestabilný sneh, ľad, riskovanie, niekedy trochu moc, to je tiež súčasť freeride-u a niekedy je to ešte lepšie než tie dokonalé podmienky. Toto sú moje najextrémnejšie momenty z 2024. Od malých vtipných pádov, balansovania na ľade na hrebeni, nič nevidenia, až po stratu pevnej zemi a bojovanie so skalami. Užite si video!
