Been wanting to do this one for a bit. It's so much fun to play but the solo is an absolute bitch to get down, so hopefully I did it some justice. This was also when I just got this guitar and never bothered to intonate it so excuse the slightly out of tune intro .

And there's people getting millions of views off something much less technically impressive based on the fact that their covering a hit song. BTW this cover is actually so good. I don't think I've seen a cover so close to original and so perfectly played. My mind has been melted.

@@NickStierGuitar you are an incredibleplayer and inspiration to me and everyone... actually I am beginning to get that fast run at the end but I have to start on an upstroke , I can't play it like you starting in a down stroke. , alternate picking is not my strong point. But I'm practicing. I am 99% sure that Nuno doesn't pick every note live. I know he doesn't on it's a monster when he plays that fast string skipping run.

Ive listened to this song a million times but that part that leads into the chorus at 1:40 gets me going EVERY GOD DAMN TIME. Especially the whammy ( 1:44 here)

your playing on this is seriously good man. You've done an amazing job - I tried learning this years ago when I was a kid and never got there. From seeing him live and watching his dvd though, I swear half his playing is way simpler than he makes it out to be! Watching him slowed down, he's barely doing anything picking wise, he's a beast but his legato is out of this world and so clean.
