I gotta wonder about these people, like why jump across distances that will kill you if you fall, people trip, twist their ankles, stumble and fall all the time, nevermind mis-jumping or your legs being more tired than you realising and not making a jump. The internet is full of videos of parkour people falling to their deaths...

Xander Ellem as someone who’s learning to do this I can think of several reasons 1. For general exercise. This type of thing involves everything in you’re body and it requires a lot of skill to do properly without risking injury 2. For the thrill. Some people like to do these types of stuff for fun and honestly that’s a reason on its own 3. Experience. How many people can you think of that Can say they’ve ran across an entire buildings structure without falling? Not many ppl I hope Nonetheless this is still a dangerous thing to do but some people just like it :)

@@TAST3SOUR don't misunderstand me I wasn't having a go a parkour, I love parkour and think it's wonderful, I just dont understand why people feel the need to do it 30 stories above the ground,free running 1-2 stories above the ground takes the same skill gives the same health benefits as doing it it 30+ stories above the ground the only reason to add that kind of verticality is to flirt with death chasing some kind of adrenaline rush.
