It is quite entertaining to see a foreigner enjoy our street food that much. I am sure that during filming a lot of people on the street looked at you in amaze. The guy with Honda Moto is the seller of Nhorm Lahong “papaya salad” and the noodle is called Num Banhchok. And the lady sells “num Kuchhai” or Chive cake, my favorite street food.

The noodle salad you had on the street near Russian market was called “Nhoam L’Hong” (technically Vietnamese version of papaya salad with rice noodle, pork skin, freshwater krill, mixed basils and fish sauce). And the pancake is Chive pancakes/rice cake, in Khmer we call it Nom Kuchive. I believe the first meal you had at central market was a Vietnamese rice noodle soup.

I was born in Phnom Penh and moved to Miami when I was 17y. Definitely want to go back every year. I hope we could go back together and try more street foods than that and definitely expensive foods and luxury restaurants. There are a tons of goodies you're missing right there lol. Love your video!
