I just spent some time in Ethiopia and the taxi driver was playing this song on repeat because his radio was broken. It was fun to listen to him try and sing it. It is a lovely song though!

I met this amazing girl last year December. I’m a Nigerian in Southern Africa. She loves Naija music and introduced me to Simi and this song in particular made me fall in love with her more. She is my girlfriend now and I’ll probably propose to her next year. Will come back with an update then ❤️ This song is a masterpiece!

There is just something about this song that is so irresistible and it is an instant hook upon listening to it. The premise of the song is simple and also the sounds are simple, thus an excellent way to show how a talented vocalist she truly is. I love the visuals and the cinematography is on point.
