I absolutely love this channel. I consider myself a middle, middle-advanced drummer that doesn't read music at all, and I have a hard time sometimes getting these somewhat harder parts exactly right, and because of this channel, I've been finally dialing in the parts I wasn't sure of. I don't know why I have such a hard time getting these things figured out, because once I do, it's not all that difficult to play, just for me, I have a hard time getting everything correct. Thanks again bro!

@@extreme_drums Hmm, to me they’re super obvious when I listen to the album. But which video do you mean. In the original video I think he skips them to look cooler, and the tutorial he did a couple of years ago (where he says he haven’t played it for decades - I just think he forgot his own lick). Well, well. I’ll ask him next time I see him! ✌🏻😂🤩

@@extreme_drums We’re actually from the same town in Sweden (Gothenburg) and I met and talk to him dozens of times, and shared rudiments while consuming a beer or twelve 😂 I don’t live there anymore though so it might take some time before I see him again. Funny side story is that he actually introduced me to Lemmy, and me and him shared a bottle of Jack ✌🏻🤩 And regarding forgetting your own licks I think of the tutorial with Jeff Porcaro when he shows how to play Rosanna, and it differs some (especially regarding the ghost notes) compared to the recorded album version. Thanks for the talk: but I will remain firm about the ghost notes ✌🏻😂😂😂 Cheers and keep up your brilliant work! 😃
