This guy has got a much better and more accurate design of his grouping mould than some of the other videos. It makes a lot more sense to arrange the plates the right way up and then solder on the terminal after moulding it separately. Some of the others do it upside down and mould the terminal at the same time, but it definitely doesn't produce such a reliable connection and quite often they have to go back and touch it up. This guy's battery cells are much neater and less likely to short.

I don't know about "restoration"...this guy built a battery basically from scratch, or sure seemed like it. Amazing skill and craftsmanship, hopefully he is working for himself. Tough situation...I bet anyone who complains just gets replaced.
