Fun fact Cats are also lactose tolerant only when their kittens you should let them drink milk but when they have grown up you only give them milk that is lactose tolerant free 😊

If you are lactose intolerant, you should still be able to drink almond milk, and that could help with the spice.

yeah water does make spice worse heres some thing i read: If you eat something spicy and drink water-a polar substance-it's as though you've mixed oil and water. Essentially, the water will spread the capsaicin throughout your mouth, making the pain even worse.
