I live on my university campus and though I've been using a regular longboard for the longest time, I'm ready to switch to an electric board and just bought my flex pro last night. it'll save me even more time getting across campus and I won't be overusing my left calve and leg on leg days. can't wait!

Absolutely! There are definitively parallels between snowboarding/skiing and ESK8. Even when you load bushings, they can pop you out of the turn.

It’s crazy how something so small like bushings and cups can change a ride feel completely. Than to go a set bigger and create a new deck process. It’s nice to see all of the board sport worlds come together

Hi from Moscow! Thanks for the great review. Already bought this board a week ago. It’s my first electric longboard and it’s absolutely insane! Crazy power, long range - everything is true. Even too fast for me at the top speed. Scary 😂 I got it with all-season hydro tires. Like it very much. Truly recommend

Just got the Board, it’s fantastic apart from the loose cable in the middle of the board. Power Power and more Power! The black is what sold me, and from your description to the snowboard deck, as I’m an avid snowboarder as well I would say yes it feels very similar to the rebound of a snowboard! Keep it up Drew…

The question I have is how does fast charging from the GaN charger affect the longterm performance of the battery.

Yeah, I feel like fast chargers can have a long term effect but by the time you have any problems with battery degradation you’re due for an upgrade at that point!!

Dope review. I got my Flex Pro on order from early last month, and am waiting for my new board to arrive. I ordered the Hydro Wheels as well, already got those, and can't wait to pair them up with the Flex Pro. Got an order of the Hollow Wheels Pro coming too, so this board is gonna have some options to sticking to the ground.

Hello, did you receive your flex pro and the hollow wheels ? How do they match ? What pulleys did you get on the flex pro, do they fit with the hollow wheels ? Did you make a range test and compare the hydro and hollow wheels ? What are your thoughts and feeling between these 2 sets of wheels ? Thanks for your answers.

@@denismenacci6548 so, I just got it finally in yesterday. Coming from a G2 Black with hub motors, this stock setup is comfortable. Like way better. I am a noob at all this, but it does feel way smoother and I like it. I haven’t gotten to swap wheels yet. That will happen in the next day or two as I get used to it. Just from squeezing the wheels, hollow wheels are gonna be super comfortable with great grip. Watching the Dkwan video about The hydro wheels, I believe he is pretty spot on. They squeeze more than stock, but that rubber middle has some give. They will do nice, and probably look the best with similar color schemes. Hope that helps.

FOr your own knowledge ( and mine too ;-) try a full range ( battery 100% to +/- 5% ) with your hydro wheels, and later, when you put your hollow wheels, take a look a your full range . Whatever your range is, you will know if you get more range from Hydro or Hollow. And please let me know ;-), i'm interested

Hey, could you make a range test comparison between 90mm wheels and hydro ? Would be nice to know if the hydro suck range (or not ). I think you also have mad wheels 105, I heard the pulley don.t fit these wheels, true or not ? If you could make some range test and also giving your feedback between hydro, and mad wheels……. It would be very nice…… thanks

Working on the hydro wheels video! The only thing though is it’s cold by me now so any range video I do will be less than in warmer weather but I will share my results

Thank you Drew! Awesome review🤙 Could you please help me & other bigger riders like me with this one? I’m 90kg/200lb. (97kg/215lb with my day-pack). I was thinking backfire Zealot X but like look Flex Pro too. Concerned I won’t get enough range though? I’m after Rad carve feel as plan to mostly cruise 15-21mph and carve up the roads when there’s no surf. Any comments on deck & trucks carve of Zealot X compared to the Exway Flex Pro? Could I ask how much you weigh? I’m hoping to get 15-20 miles on my board. You really getting 20miles on the Flex Pro? Other reviewers weighing 175lb say only getting 13/14miles. Concerned as I’m heavier…. (C’mon Exway! When you going to do a 12s3p option!! Or better, 14s3p option!! 🙏 ) Thanks for your awesome videos 🤙

Hi Drew! Thank You for another great review! I want to buy this board :) ... and I need some help: 1. What wheels the Flex Pro has as standard. Does it have a 76A, 78A or 80A? The information on your website is misleading... 2. What bushings the Flex pro has as standard. Does it have a 90A or 95A? or 94A? I asked that questions to Exway customer service and they gave conflicting information :(

Standard wheels were 90mm 78a I believe but they started selling them with the 100 mm hydro wheels as well I actually don’t know the standard bushings. The one they sent me was a prototype but it’s their standard orange form what I can tell. I’ll see if I can get further information on this though!

I also have the meepo voyager, another fantastic style board, and those motors and battery its a great board as well. This flex pro is just another option out there, both of them have their pros and cons. I might do a vs video on them! How does it compare to the Exway Atlas address or Atlas pro? I'm looking for replacement for my Boosred stealth and I want something with more power/range since I'm a big guy.

This is a boosted stealth replacement, it’s powerful it’s got awesome features and has a flexy deck. I love this board for all of those reasons. The exway atlas is a carbon fiber set Up so super stable no flex and better battery, almost double Battery at 700 plus WH it’ll give you a much bette range and power

Hey Drew question... I just won a set of Hydro Wheels from Exway they should be coming soon. I thought you could use the stock pulleys on the flex Pro for the Hydro Wheels? Have you tried the stock pulleys? Please let me know what pulleys I will need so I can use on my Flex Pro. Thanks!

You need to go into the Exway app and select change gears while moving.

How loud is it with the belts? New to these so have nothing to compare it to but cant find a video of just the sound

Belt drives in general give a whirling noising, the motors and belts together make a loudish noise but nothing over the top or annoying by any means. If you’re looking for stealth you should go with hub drive or direct drive boards.

I’m not sure on shipping times my man, I had a prototype sent to me so it was different than normal ship times. Flex Pro or the Tynee Ultra X, I want a relatively flexy board to dampen out rough roads and torque & range as I live in a hilly area & weigh 105kg/231lbs.

I have the Tynee ultra X and I’ll be doing a review on it, that 14s battery and wide trucks is very very good. It does have a great flexy deck as well

Battery is good, pending weight riding style you could get mid 20s in range, aggressive riding, heavier riders like myself, or up hills it’ll be less Charger is crazy ability to use a fast Charger. The GaN charger are slimmer but quick! So range anxiety kinda goes with the faster charger they provide.
