As usual, I disappeared for quite a while over the past couple months, but I'm always working on something cool. Art just takes time; I got a bunch of really cool projects lined up (yes, including moai 2 lol 🗿🗿) and this one is only the beginning. Shoutout once again to Toast, it was a blast coming up with a compelling story, bouncing ideas off of eachother and seeing the project come to life. The little toaster in the video is his mascot, so now it has lore, right at home, alongside my regulars: silly characters like Moai, Egg, Blob. Although they live their own seperate lives now, they still reminisce on good times, and will continue to listen to music together... (forever).

haha fun fact when I was 16 I participated in Rival's "Heartbeat" remix contest, and I won it! so he's known about me since 2018 and occasionally we have a chat about music. He's a hardworker and very observant, so it's likely when he saw ping 1 take off in 2019 he was inspired by the silly captions

This hits right. It's almost got a weirdly nostalgic tone to it with the main melody. Love it. Edit: "Nostalgic" isn't quite the right word. Might be somewhat swayed by the visual storytelling, but there's a feeling of loneliness with a deep underlying determination and a strong feeling of not giving up in the main melody. I'm not sure how else to describe it but that's how it feels to me.
