Hi sir i bought scooty in one of ur showroom mj motors Hyderabad i bought in emi process I got default bike which suddenly stops while driving I met injury also i reported to that showroom but no response

ഞാൻ kottayam TVS ൽ നിന്നും ബൈക്ക് എടുത്തു 1 year കഴിഞ്ഞു വണ്ടി ഒരു രക്ഷയുമില്ല super ആയിരുന്നു....power, look,65+milage.......I realy like it till now... But 6 months ആയപ്പോൾ മുതൽ running time ൽ off ആകുന്നു, ബാറ്ററി യിൽ charge കയറുന്നില്ല.....5-6 തവണ വഴിയിൽ പെട്ടുപോയി....8 തവണയോളം showroom ൽ നിന്ന് free ആയിട്ട് തന്നെ ready ആക്കി തന്നു... ബാറ്ററി dead ആയി അത് മാറ്റി തന്നു.... വീണ്ടും same complaint.... New ബൈക്ക് തരണം എന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടപ്പോൾ അത് പറ്റില്ല വീണ്ടും നന്നാക്കി തരാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു....1 year കാലയളവിൽ 8 തവണയോളം നന്നാക്കിയ വണ്ടി ഇനി എന്ത് കാണിക്കാനാണ്... വേറെ നിവർത്തി ഇല്ലാതെ ഞാൻ consumer court ൽ case file ചെയ്തു.... Case നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു....

Do not purchase TVS Jupiter 125 smartxonnect, I had purchased it on 21 July from Shubh Auto, Andul, Howrah. Today when I was going for number plate, the Jupiter was stopped in the middle of the road and not started. When the mechanic checked and told that the battery was discharged. It was shocking for me that the battery was discharge within 15 days. On contacting, Manager of Shubh Auto did not respond.

No trust in your company my issue is not solved The last 6 months I had purchased the bike I marked mail multiple times no one is responding I frustrated with the bike kindly check the issue I had complete documentation over the mail kindly replace my vehicle from day one I raised the issues.

This is again and 4th time I am facing an issue with TVS Jupiter 125 top model and no one helped me out. My Tvs seat screw suddenly went out and I almost had an accident as the seat started vibrating and this is a serious issue. I called TVS service madam at dabri service station but she denied to help me. Then I called below escalation department people who told me before that they will help me but they also denied. This what service TVS Jupiter is providing to their #customers ??? Escalation 2-Front office Manager Mr.Nishant Escalation 3- Service Manager Mr.RISHI HANDA This was so risky to my life and TVS Motor Company refused to help me.
