We all know the saying about eyebrows being sisters; not twins. But, as we age, we begin to see that everything about our facial features is becoming less and less symmetrical-one side droops a bit more than the other, one side has more texture than the other, one side is more wrinkled than the other, one side is . . . Well, you get the idea. It’s just part of the natural aging process, but that doesn’t mean we can’t learn a few makeup tricks to give us a more lifted and even appearance. That’s where a tutorial like yours is so helpful. It not only shows us how to create a lifted illusion, but it’s done with current/modern products to keep our look fresh and modern.

You are so right…. 😓 it’s the part of aging that has been challenging for me..trying to keep a balanced look, overall, when doing makeup and trying to create pleasing looks😵💫

As we grow older, we can all do with some good tutorials that address our age related needs-and they should feature post-menopausal models as I think that’s the time that many women really begin noticing the changes. Too often a KZfaqr’s perfunctory nod to older viewers is to discuss hooded eyes. Well, at 80, I do not have hooded eyes nor do I have crows feet (I can thank my mom for good genes 😊) so I’d love to see a variety of concerns realistically addressed. I have deep set eyes and was thrilled when I saw a tutorial by Hung Vanngo where he used a 60+ model to show how to bring out and lift the appearance of receding eyes. I really enjoy Cheri’s videos whether she is creating an everyday look, an all out glam look, an editorial look, or something just for fun. Because she explains how products work to create the desired effect, I find I can take inspiration and make it work

@@eileen5428 you and I have a lot in common I don’t have hooded eyes either -I have the same kind of large deep set eyes -and I actually have large features on a small face which makes things look more skewed as I get older, for sure.

Beautiful, I love it Cheri. Unfortunately, most of the products you use are out of my price range but I plan to try to replicate the look with some drugstore/mid-range products.

I think I need that Prada lipstick! Even though it’s a matte, i have heard it is quite comfortable? Also looking at one of the shadow quads from Prada😏

It is comfortable and hasn't snapped at the base like most of these formula types seem to do :)
