I am pontia from Greece. My grandfather used to live in Trapezounda (Trabzon) before 1922. I heard the song and I needn 't translate to understand the lyrics. I heard the kemence, I see the dance and it was so familiar to me. I was shocked and I realise that a part of my "family" continues living there.

Except for the words like “si.sa si sa” in between, all the words sung in the song are in Turkish. You are trying to create a perception like "Those in the Black Sea are Pontus"

Black Sea people are Turkish. Most of them are Turkish nationalists. I was shocked to hear that most Greek food is Turkish anyway, and realized that some of my "family" still live there. Tulumba, dolma, sarma, baklava, yogurt etc.😉😉They are all Turkish dishes.

the Pontian Language that was called like that from the Efxinos Pontos Sea that meant and mean seaway since last years till today. If you see the most present Turkish areas name of Turkey came from Hellenic toponyms for example, Trabzon came from ancient Hellenic Trapezounta. Other examples is Giresum came from Kerasounta, because kerasus is the cherry in Hellenic (Greek) language. You see, the history that in Turkey you learnt was a fairy tale and not the real history. Do you really think that we don’t know that these cities you named have greek origin? We care about anatolian history that’s the reason we didn’t change the names, and the people living in these cities are proud about that. It’s not all about history my friend, just because they have hellenic originated names don’t make them greek cities, the world is changing . Who lives in the past will never do great steps.

Giresunlu adaşım. Bu gaydenin olduğu bütün vidyolara girip, buna benzer mesajlar atmışsın. Nedir alıp veremediğin. Bu gayde "iskefiye horonu" diye de geçer. Hatta içinde "iskefiye binbir bela" diye söz var. İskefiye=Çarşıbaşı (Trabzon) İçinde "Malatya binbir bela" dese de bu gayde Karadenizindir. Tamam Giresunun olsun. Giresun da benim şehrim, Türkü de benim Türküm. GİRESUN Göreleli Picoğlu Osman da benim kemençecim. Bu kültür hepimizin. Senin gibiler böyle ayrımcılık yaparak hiç birşey kazanmaz

asi trabzon o yıllarda giresun trabzona bağlıydı piçoğlu sık sık trabzona giresuna gidermiş zaten içinde iskefiye geçiyor diye trabzon türküsüdür anlamı çıkmaz piçoğlunun kahya havası diye yine kayıtlarda trabzon türküsü diye geçer adam kendisi Göreleli fark etmez tabiki haa giresun ha trabzon

@@unalarslan7035 Görele ilçesi giresuna bağlı olduğu için Trabzona olan benzerliğini kaybetmiş olmaz görele istediği kadar giresuna bağlı olsun giresun olsun asıl ait olduğu trabzondan farklı olmayacaktır.Trabzonludan saygılar sevgiler.
