Eywa is a new project in the Business Bay area, featuring only 48 residences. The residential complex is quite unusual. First of all, the building doesn't look like others in Dubai. It plays on the tree concept and reflects the project's focus on health - the facade features a lot of greenery.
Other features include:
• natural materials in the finishes, sourced from around the world (wood from Australia and Brazil) and specific types of crystals and stones brought from various corners,
• ceiling height - no less than 3.4 meters - which is above average in Dubai,
• a filtration system that improves the quality of water in the shower and tap.
The building's structure includes crystals arranged in a pyramid shape. And all spaces are designed with Vastu principles in mind.
