I am on Kernel 1.04 and Firmware 4. I just took a look at their site, and it does look like they released a firmware update since I made the video. Kernel 1.05e and Firmware 5 was release and then pulled from their site due to issues with people bricking their cards. Hopefully get it fixed soon and rereleased so that those of us with older Kernels can get these working on the GBP as that would be huge.

@@northpoleretro that's the same firmware and kernel that I'm using. Have you tried a actual game boy game in the game boy pocket to make sure it's not a problem with the cartridge slot itself?

We are going to try a different SD Card with fewer roms. Currently the 32GB San Disk with the full library of GB and GBC games might be what the issue is with it not loading on the GBP.

Yes everything does save without issues and you can load custom saves as well. It is a little slow to load but that is more of the limitations of the handheld and not so much the cart when comparing flash cart to flash cart.

@@northpoleretro Nice. Has there been any issues with some games in particular not loading or has everything been working well in that aspect?

Haven't run into any issues with games running or with saves, so far is been great.
