I switched to the EZV this season and love it. I also don’t use a peep. It does take practice getting used to it but once u do it’s an amazing hunting sight. When I was younger I shit no peep and no sight with a compound. It reminds me of that. So fast and easy to get on target. I plan on putting a nose button on but have been very accurate without it.

I switched to the EZ V a couple years ago now. My 60 year old eyes don't focus on a single pin so well any more, & the EZ V eliminates that problem. It took some practice to get used to it, but I found that to be fun. I practice all summer, and I never touch a range finder (that's a big part of the practice) I might be pulled back long before I take a shot on a deer, and that deer may stop at 15 yards or 30 yards before I release an arrow. That's hunting! You're not shooting stationary 3-D targets. If you want to kill stationary targets, use a movable single pin or a multiple pin sight along with a range finder. If you want to hunt a deer on the move, learn to use an EZ V sight. I would never shoot an EZ V sight without a peep, & I would recommend a large peep that somewhat matches the circle of the EZ V sight. My sight routine goes like this - pull back to the same anchor point every time, make sure the ENTIRE EZ V sight is perfectly aligned with the peep (it's a 2nd confirmation that makes a huge difference in consistent accuracy), and just before I release I make sure the my sight level is level. Anchor the same, center the entire sight in your peep, and make sure the sight is level. I visualize basketball, but do whatever works for you. If I do those 3 things (anchor, align peep, level sight) in order every time, my shots really improve! I can't shoot multiple arrows like you demonstrated, because I would be breaking nocks too often. . Last tip - I cut a strip of black electrical tape down the middle. I wrapped the top of the V on both sides with the black tape. The bottom edge of the black tape is at the first top check mark on the V. The solid black at the top of the V really helps me get on target much faster. The black portion becomes the part of the V that I don't really need. Thus, I get those 1 tick marks on target faster, & I quickly sense if I have to slide the V up from there. Once I made these small adaptations, I was sold on this sight!
