Grant is nothing like Barry, Barry is intellectual, independent and happy (except when he is reminded about his mom, but what he do is not being a pussy but finding a way how to solve it out). Barry in The Flash TV show is a dramatic kid that is always carried by Carlos and Tom while all that he gotta do is run faster. And also Ezra is more buffed than Grant now and Ezra looks so much like Barry from the comic book.

Besides, while I dont think there will be a HUGE crossover, I can see smaller crossovers happening like Grant Gustins Flash seeing a glimpse of the Multiverse, and seeing Ezra Millers Flash running around, and maybe even a scene of John Wesley Shipps Flash! I would LOVE a straight up crossover though, and introducing the concept of the Multiverse in the Flash is a perfect place for it.
