Kindly search Ganglong International Company, Nakuru. That's the area. Lake Oil Petrol Station is just about there too. And so is Rubis Ngata. Kirobon Secondary School. If you can see those then that's the area. Hope this helps for now.

I think in Nakuru there's a disconnect between value and pricing in real estate. I could just be ignorant, but am not sure that house is worth the listed price. I understand it's just the asking price but still, Nakuru in general has a problem of people being a little bit delusional with prices they sell property at.

@@sherefulkam2885yes, you need to be careful, I have been looking at so many units being sold cause I also just love real estate , and the trend is the same every where. More developed areas in and around the capital Nairobi have houses more modern, better amenities and are listing for cheaper than houses in nakuru. Maybe people are deluded by the notion that Nakuru is growing.
