I have not tried that but by the time you are close enough to lock on from flood mode might as well use an AIM9. HOJ is only for the 120 after a loss of lock. Thanks for watching.

You need to make sure they are enabled in the settings there isn't a keybind.

So this is actually an F15C simulation now? Or is this still just an F16 made to look like an F15 like with all the other "flyable" aircraft in BMS?

It's an F15. As you can see the avionics are specific to the F15. Even the flight model has been adjusted. The few aircraft you fly at least has different flight characteristics especially the F18 and the Harrier. Even the F18 is getting its own avionics later.

I thought having a bandit locked with AIM-7 you would see a triangle underneath the td box … and having a bandit locked with an AIM-120 you would see a star underneath the td box … once in range

Well there has been a dynamic campaign for 25 years and DCS just recently started talking about it.

@@AviationPlus but be fair, the dynamic campaign is not from BMS, its from Falcon 4.0... BMS have nothing to do with that, so dont give them credits. Why DCS will add dynamic campaign after 10 years, i have no clue why they waited so long. I think it was a optimization issue. Like they added now Multi Threading and DLSS, now you will have 50% more power at least. I had with Single Thread and with no DLSS on heavy missions 70 FPS, now i run DCS on maxed out settings and have 180 FPS... Falcon BMS dont need much power, graphics can be run on pentium 4 PC (LOL) and DCS is a level +100. And i tell you, remember my words, when they add finally dynamic campaign, BMS is gone, nobody will ever mention BMS. You cant compare BMS to DCS, you must be crazy.

@@HighAspect did you not read the ED newsletter? They mentioned it many times that they are working on it. They are polishing the whole thing, new AI, new ATC etc. The dynamic campaign is coming, you believe or not. Dont speak if you dont know, dont be a guy who put his thought over the place, be a man, one time in your life...LOL
