For some dumb reason, in Revelation and Retaliation there are moments where you are forced to take damage. I've checked many no damage runs that other people did and there's no way around it. The game arbitrarily takes 1 HP away from you while engaging Alma and the apparitions she summons to attack you. I don't know what the developers were thinking when making the decision to take away 1 HP from the player just by looking at Alma and the apparitions while shooting them. It's really dumb. You can see in the video that nothing hits me. The game just decides to give you one point of HP loss to progress...
