O cetate foarte frumoasa pe care am vizitat-o cu cativa ani in urma , pe atunci inca nu era podul de la intrare .Am participat chiar si la o schimbare a garzii. Multumim pentru minunata prezentare.

That castle, around the moat, is one of my favourite ones you have show cased. So beautiful. Got to make it to Transylvania one of these days. Reminds me of one in Kurresaree Estonia. Keep rocking it.

Fabulous looking fortress. Your images were wonderfully composed on this super blue sky day. Loved the reflections in the still waters of the moat. Pretty awful though to consider the mistreatment of people in those dungeons. Your country has so much interest to offer the traveller.

The Fagaras Fortress is impressive to see. It is sad to think about the prison tower and how it was used to persecute people for their political beliefs not all that long ago. I wish we all learned lessons from the past so chapters of history like that never have to be relived. Thanks for giving us a tour of the "fortress that was never conquered."
