So always check everything in the room, toilet, shower when you enter the room. then you can always change the room and complain about it.

在国内也住过W Hotel，他们的内部设施真的不太行。我之前住的那家，除了价格高于均价外，我那间智能马桶直接是坏的，住了几天报修根本也没人来解决，非常失望……

@@mracer8 We actually did. But it was holiday season and no one actually provided any solution - no room change, no one come to fix the toilet. We stay for 2 more nights and moved to Ritz instead. I know it could be caused by the high season, but this did leave us bad impression. They could do better by charging that price.

@@mracer8 London is notoriously expensive. Hotel rate is twice the price of Hong Kong to start. The city had booked over 2500 corporate events for the 2nd half of this year thus drove the rate sky high.
