It would be disingenuous if he was brash now because he's been beaten multiple times by actual top boxers. And he also knows this wasn't a big win, being against a novice boxer. Besides that ngannou would finish him in a real fight. People are either insulting fighters and saying they're done, or worshipping them like they're such great champ material. @@harsha1989able 'AJ's' precision, timing & ring acumen as an Olympic gold-medalist, former 2x HW champ and KO artist in the squared circle from the time he was a teen was the difference against a fighter(that had no PRO boxing pedigree) in this utter demolition. Francis simply was far too green to KNOW HOW to properly defend himself against this level of an experienced pro-boxer, who has been to the mountaintop in his sport, and looks to return!! I want to blame Francis' camp for his lack of defense -- I mean that first knockdown punch, Francis didn't even see comin', while Francis had his hands down against a seasoned sniper with KO heavy power🤔And in retrospect, when I look at the second half of Francis' fight against Fury, Tyson hit him with clean solid-shots that should have knocked Francis down at the least -- but clearly, Tyson does not possess the power that 'AJ' does! And let's be real: 'AJ' is so skilled in his craft(when focused & prepared) that he wasn't going allow Ngannou to get to him first -- because this contest would have gone a very different way, if Ngannou would have been able to touch 'AJ' first, just once.🧐 In all, I'm curious to see how this will affect Ngannous' career going forth -- particularly since his chin has now been cracked -- which is never the same again for a fighter. So let's see how that chin holds up against that 'long-armed beast' that just ko'ed Bader in the PFL. The most important thing for Francis now, is to regain his confidence & get better as an MMA fighter.

@@adamturner1563I mean, it’s true. I’m not a pro but I have 8 ammy fights. Watch francises hands every time Joshua jabbed or feinted. He would give HUGE tells and reads, and doesn’t posses the accuracy or muscle memory of someone who had boxed for years. He doesn’t have the fluidity. The reality is mma is an inch deep and a mile wide, while boxing is an inch wide and a mile deep. The two sports need to stop being compared. Boxers already know this which is why they don’t jump ship, but mma fighters do mostly because of the money difference.

That’s a cool nuanced interview AJ, great win by KO, had that 5% extra, looks the part was the man didn’t have to go in and do some trash talk about Ngannou, big heart. AJ loss plural to Usyk was, or his reaction to them, thought his commentry was bit off afterwards, it’s competitive mindset of the best, and real boxers are going to say what’s up, an AJ has just got the ‘tip my hat to em’ nod from this fan of the pugilistic arts. 0:30

Big congratulations to Anthony Joshua for his mighty impressive 2nd round Knock-Out victory over the big game Francis Ngannou! Truly unexpected and truly dominant. Incredible how Joshua have bounced back his career and went from having some "mental fears" in a few fights to not only find his way back, but emerge even more dominant then his previous AJ performances of the past. Anthony Joshua have truly taken his past defeats to heart and worked his butt off to improve his game and his mental strenght. Indeed true that Joshua is now THE 2nd BEST heavyweight in the world with only his former conqueror Oleksanr Usyk, the champ ahead! Tyson Fury have nowhere to run now. That big clown can't kick the can down the road any longer. Joshua have back-to-back knocked out both tricky south-paw Otto Wallin and Francis Ngannou - BOTH men gave a heck load of trouble for Fury for 24 rounds combined! Joshua took them both out inside 5-6 rounds combined (!) Fury can't trash-talk his way out any longer. He either put-em-up, OR shut-himself-up! Filip Hergovic, Joseph Parker, Zhilei Zhang, Deontay Wilder...the road is open. Hergovic looks most possible in a possible vacant IBF world title clash, but if that gets postponed, I would still love to see him KO Wilder meenwhile to finaly have that former rivalry put to rest and having a "W" over him on his record. Joseph Parker vs. Zhilei Zhang rematch is up next so both men are tangled up, but the winner is absolutley up on the radar as that man will be the WBO mandatory!
