Fully agreed. For the next generation. Those that earn alot n save return to MY and enjoy life dat is good but what about their children? They will grown up and have good life in MY ? Well some will but how many? So the cycle repeated again? Just my tot. Cheers
Singapore is considered a global business hub thanks to its great sea and air connectivity, developed infrastructure, stable political and regulatory environment, and skilled workforce
No matter how cheap the cost running in Malaysia, but as long the traffic jam, don't mention other things,i will think twice before i invest in Malaysia. Like if my company computer server down called for servicing, or i need a spare part or need something urgently, due to the traffic jam. It take hours before I received the items or service. Time is money.

Already got some Japanese companies & manufacturers want to leave Singapore due to high operation costs such as more higher work salaries, more expensive office or factory rental.. these Japanese companies are planning to switch to other Asean countries to save costs.. So Malaysia should hold on this opportunity & try to attract them to come here. Japan economic is not doing well since these few years especially after COVID-19.. so due to that reason.. many Japanese companies want to cut cost or at least find other alternatives in order to continue survive.

These companies that intent to leave Sg, other than Msia, will also consider other locations eg, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam. Can Msia compete with these countries in terms political stability, operation costs, quality / skills of workforce?
@mcmltrАй бұрын
@@leewn2319 yes. That's why the government have to think out the way to attract them..

The population of M'sia is 34 million. Statistics shown 350k malaysians crossing the causeway daily to work in sg. Not taking consideration of another 300k Malaysians reside in sg. If an average wage of a Malaysian earning $2,000 to $3,000 sin dollar multiply by 500k M'sia workers multiply the exchange rate of 3.5 times can you imagine how much revenues the Malaysian workers bring to their country in one month or even better still, calculate in one day? If I'm the Malaysia government i would encourage more Malaysian workers to seek employment in sg, better still 10 million because there is only profit and no loss. No rejection rate. No material cost. No downtime. Durians guarantee to eat.

Learn the mentality of the present King,( Sultan of Johore) like the way of the relationship between Johore & Singapore. Malaysia will be able to progress faster if so. Malaysian Malaysia, NOT Malays Malaysia.
