Red, gray, and blue… the bumpers will get you! Or at least they got me.

These things drive me insane in the moment! Like the blue shell in MK8 haha. But I wouldn't have it any other way, they all need to be there. Even the blue bumpers driving at you. Such an awesome game, I'm very addicted to it.

I 100% agree! Sometimes I get so frustrated in the moment, but they really do make the game better. At worst, they’re just funny in retrospect. But at best, you get to see someone else smack one, ha ha!

As much as they frustrate me in the moment, bumpers do add a fun variable. They’re more fun when other people hit them though, ha ha.

Yeah... I could deal with this on the SNES when I was 10. Not anymore...

I have a love/hate relationship with bumpers. They definitely make the game more interesting. But argh… they hit me so much!

Can you play private games like mario kart or if it just random people

You can play private lobbies, but they’re not nearly as fun and don’t award points to get on the leaderboard or progress in levels, I believe. I play with my brother and cousin, and we are all on the phone at the same time. We just count to three and join the regular lobby at the same time. We almost always end up in the same lobby, and we get to race with a bunch of other human players as well. Racing against real people is harder than CPUs, but it’s generally a lot more chaotic and therefore more fun, in my opinion.

Moments like these make me wish I could turn back time and never play this game…!
