Combining 10 classic F-Zero and Satellaview courses in to 5 Hybrid tracks, F-Zero Hybrid brings new challenges to the familiar feel of F-Zero’s Gameplay.

Great hack! I was the composer of the track you used for Whiteout, originally called "Arctic Lake" from the Super Marcato Bros. album "Zero-G". It would be great if you could credit me properly on the hack's page. My name is Karl Brueggemann. Thanks!

@@KGB525 Hi Karl! I will absolutely do so. I reached out via the contact form on your band's page during development but never heard back. I included your group in the text credits but was unsure if you wanted your name on RHDN so I left that off until hearing from you. I will submit a correction on the RHDN credits ASAP! I'm glad you enjoyed what you saw, and are OK with your name being attached :)

I love how these aren't just fusions of the original 15 tracks from the first game, but also of the Satellaview tracks.

On a bit of an F-Zero kick right now. This? This is pretty good. Crazy hardcore courses and a solid soundtrack. I'll have to try this hack for myself soon.

Throttle the accelerator when loosing traction/grip around turns to regrip, and press down on the D-Pad to not loose speed when landing. I see you doing that very rarely, and it definitely will come in handy. I had to be that guy

Nice concept. For your reference, holding down on the d-pad through jumps will help you maintain speed.

Damn good Job dude!! Came across it by chance. Fantastic Soundtrack at Sandblast and Silent Sands!! I hope for me its almost weekend and i can try that on the Snes Classic mini on Master difficult :) Is there any option to hear the soundtrack as an mp3 file?

Hey Envy - Great question! We had a good laugh... someone in our server commented "Nintendo stole your homework" the day White Wind (or however you want to call it) came out. I have been working on this project since early December, before I knew ??? tracks would be a thing! :)

i never converted an ips to a romhack before and i can't manage to include the pcm tracks? someone to help me please? yes i read the instructions and also tryed different settiongs for hours before posting that.

aw man it would be so cool if they mixed the base cars with the seteleview cars. (These are my terrible names :3) Blue Falcon + Blue Thunder = Lightning Falcon Golden Fox + Luna Bomber = Golden Moon or Lunar Fox Wild Goose + Green Amazone = Floral Goose Fire Stingray + Fire scorpion = ?

Looks cool but when I tried the hack, Mute Blue freezes up and the rom stops working, is there any fix?

I cannot get the songs to work. I renamed the rom exactly how it should and I also used the recommended rom. However, I can’t get the hybrid soundtracks. Any tips?

Make sure you're using an up-to-date version of SNES9x or BSNES (or install either through retroarch). Past that, make sure all the songs, and the ROM have the same base name like this: f-zero-hybrid.msu f-zero-hybrid.sfc f-zero-hybrid-4.pcm

@@guyoninternet7015 Thank you so much for your reply. I am using SNES9x. I have patched the ips file to the rom. How do I patch all the other files (.msu ; .pcm ; etc.)?

@@guyoninternet7015 It is totally find. I transferred the patched file as well as all the other files and it works perfectly! Thank you again so much!!!!!! The music is so good on Hybrid, I did not want to miss out!

@@xarifab The IPS file is the only one you need to patch. After that, all the files just need to be in the same folder, and have the correct naming. Be sure your version of SNES9x is the latest version, as older ones did not support MSU and many have reported being on older SNES9x.
