Whoever decided to sacrifice graphics for 60 fps on the N64, I applaud you tenfold. This game has aged like a fine wine with how insanely kinetic the gameplay is. Obviously GX looks and plays better, but both of them are what racing games really are. Pure skill

My thoughts exactly. Personally I'm of the opinion that F-Zero is the best racing franchise Nintendo's ever made cuz not only is it a skill based racing game, but it also challenges and pushes you, the player to become better at it. Even against it's most challenging CPU.

Watched the f-zero 99 trailer and it made me sad. F-zero X was the f-zero game of all time, the nostalgia omg, the tracks, the courses, the speed. Remembering this track, chasing the speed and pushing it to the absolute maximum power. Ahhh what a time to be a kid, wave race, super mario, killer instinct, lylat wars and so on, gr8 time to aliven 😊
