@@willf1sv5 Do you not think Aston Martin had the 5th fastest car? Maybe Williams had the joint 5th fastest car. Let’s not forget about Haas either. Hulkenberg was superb this weekend, but the team deserves credit too. Regardless, this performance alone isn’t enough to warrant a seat next year, far from it.

@@laurierastogi3512 That Aston Martin car was actually quite slow last year at Silverstone and data showed they were a bit slower than Williams. I just don't see this good weekend by Sargeant that everyone is seeing. He was average really.

@@willf1sv5 That’s the problem they’re facing. By not signing Sainz, they’ve got drivers who probably won’t cut the mustard at the sharp end of the grid.

@laurierastogi3512 If they don't get Sainz they should put Liam Lawson in tbh. In those 5 races he did replacing Ricciardo he was as good as Tsunoda if not better. Lawson lost the DTM championship in 2021 at the final race as he was taken out. He was teammates with Alex Albon that season. Lawson has more potential than Tsunoda tbh.

@@willf1sv5 I think Lawson needs a few more races at the junior team and then he should be promoted should he perform to his potential.

@@willf1sv5 I thought that a couple years ago when he was teammates with Ricciardo. I was like, yeah he's good. But is there enough evidence to say he's on the level of Verstappen or even Leclerc or Hamilton at the time.
