As someone currently getting professional help, what was difficult for me to take the first step was recognizing and admiting I needed help. At the time I thought it was what everybody goes through, that it was normal, and that little self-care here and there was enough. Now looking back it was like trying to fix pneumonia with cough drops. Some may need medications, some may need therapy sessions, and some may only need meditations. But don't self-diagnose what you may or may not have, see a professional first.

Men need positive role models in life and there is a clear lack of that in the world at the moment. George is doing a great thing taking that brave step to put himself out there and giving men a good person to follow and be inspired by! 💪

George Russell being a leader on and off track, possibly/likely inspired to take the first step by Sir Lewis Hamilton by his side, is an absolute great thing for the future of the sport! Men need positive role models in life and there is a clear lack of that in the world at the moment. So George is doing a great thing.

Easy for George to say with a private psychologist. The NHS is keen just put you on drugs because that's the cheap thing to do. Or if you're lucky you'll get CBT, just think positive thoughts easier said then done.
