You can apply from Europe and if your selected university accepts your credits then I don't see any issue. The university might give you some credits depending on your grade, subjects, and if the university education quality is equivalent to US standards. Thanks.

No. Community College offers associate degree only except very few colleges.

Assalamu alaikum sir, I was rejected from Bangladesh 3 times for f1 visa in 2022 Then I came to Denmark. From there I rejected again for two times in 2023 again f1 visa Right now I am studying in Germany I have visited more than 10 Schengen countries & turkey I just received t-20 World Cup tickets held by USA & windies. I am planning to apply for USA visit visa on June 2024. Should I do this or it would be a bad decision? I am looking forward for your instructions

স্যার EB-2 NIW নিয়ে আরো একটা আলোচনা চাই আপনার চ্যানেলে। স্যার অনেক স্টুডেন্ট আছে যারা PhD, Master’s করছে STEM সাবজেক্ট এ। তারাও আপনার ভিডিও দেখে, তাই তাদের উদ্দেশ্য করেও কিছু ভিডিও করা উচিত। স্যার আশা করি NIW নিয়ে আরেকটি ভিডিও করবেন Lawyer Raju Mahajan এর সাথে এবং বিশদ আকারে আলোচনা চাই।যাতে করে প্রকৃত স্টুডেন্ট যারা তারা উপকৃত হয়।ধন্যবাদ স্যার

প্রাণের স্যার, আমার প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিবেন। আমার জন্মগত দুই বুকের মাঝখানে গর্ত বা ডাবানো(funnel chest) রয়েছে। আমি কি Usa তে এসে চাকরি করতে পারব? আমি কি Green card, work permit পাব? নাকি মেডিকেল টেস্টে সমস্যা হবে?

EB3 তে থেকে গ্রীণ কার্ড এপ্রুভাল হওয়া পর্যন্ত F-1 কন্টিনিউ করতেই হবেনা। কেনোনা পড়াশুনা যদি ছেড়ে দেয় আর গ্রীণ কার্ড ডিনায়াল আসে, তবে ১০ দিনের মধ্যে ডিপোর্টেড হয়ে যাবে। আর যদি গ্রীণ কার্ড ডিনায়ালের পরেও F-1 কন্টিনিউ থাকে বা সেভিস রেকর্ড কারেন্ট থাকে, তবে ডিপোর্ট করা হবেনা।
