It's actually ridiculous how real this looks. For me the only that gave it away was that the camera was positioned towards the left instead of the right

For me it was the gloves/wheel. The movement was too smooth. Plus, the overall quality was too high; helmet cams still have low quality.

For me it was the trees. They were borderline square and I noticed it almost immediately in my peripheral. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have noticed at all 😅

Ecactly i knew it because of the LED lights. This is how checo has it. Max doesnt have the one for one dots but a full bar instead.

People. Mind you this is a game that came out almost a decade ago. With simple mods and reshades it beats today's graphics. If modders can do this, there's no reason a studio can't. Great job my guy 👍

I was completely 100% sold that this was real life, it seemed a but odd how smooth it was but I didn't even think at all for one moment that this was a game, only when I saw the comments did I realize it was a game and it's still mind bending

This is just too realistic, especially the motion blur is amazing. The only thing that was missing was the movement of the head during the turns (obviously impossible to replicate without a VR) but apart from that, this is ridiculously good. Incredible

That is just result of various blurring & blooming effects with Reshade and Nvidia Freestyle

The power of sim lovers community and developers, along with a good damn simulator. I’ve realised it was not real by the car’s sound and the colour of some curbs. The rest looks way too good to be true. Amazing job

I bought Automobilista 2 just recently as people raved how good the F1 mods are. But Assetto Corsa with mods is still the best F1 sim by a mile. These are amazing.

A LOT of trial and error, that's the key. For every video new Reshade and Nvidia Freestyle presets, trying out different pp-filters, tweaking Pure settings, tweaking track and car textures & shaders...

Just some notes to make it better, RB’s shift lights don’t work like that. For one, the greens never come on. Aside from that, it doesn’t fill up the reds and then the blues one by one, rather, it goes all red, all blue. Also, his wrists are bending in an unnatural way

I think the only thing that gave it away is the fact that the hands didn't press any buttons on his wheel during the lap lol. Specifically during the DRS zones. Otherwise this is ridiculously realistic
