@@soundspark still you need right temperatures etc.. ive been working on LED Headlight ECUs and PCBs for 13 years. it all about experience the more tricky it gets. steady hand, right amount of time and temperature etc. all comes the more often you do it.

To get the code you need similar motherboard

You’d use an identical or similar donor board and grab the chip from it (and hope it’s not fried too)

@@1JAKY reflash the bios chip, not using a usb buy you need to take out the chip and reprogram it, and then do test the power sequence and see where it is stopping.

That chip does a lot of things in one package. Hardware sensors, two COM ports, one parallel port, and an LPC bus. It's what's known as a "Super I/O" chip. Every modern motherboard has a Super I/O chip connected to the chipset via a LPC or eSPI bus so as not to waste precious PCI Express ports.

I'm not sure if the fix actually works though a lot of things could go wrong in such a job and sometimes it's just not worth the time and effort because it could be cheaper to get a new board.

You use big quatity of flux for one chip if you repair lot of those board you will be lose 1kg per hour and you'r technic of soldring is very weak and not professional at all and need more update for doing more realistic job

However, im engeneer on electronic and conception and designe and build electronic board and i use the sam contity of flux for board size 20cmx30cm all component smd , you can learn more about quantiy of flux needed for best soldering and how define the also the tempurature need for every component , Last thing if the umage can be posted there i can posted picture on comment for see our job but this option isnt available , Good day .
