F250 2020-2022 Upfitter Switch Install

Күн бұрынThis is a quick and dirty video on how to install the factory up fitter switches on my 2021 F250 XL. Here are the part numbers I used, but please check to make sure they fit before purchasing for your truck.
Relay Module -- NC3Z-14A303-A
A Pillar to switch harness -- LC3Z-15A404-A
Overhead Console with Switches -- HC3Z-28519A58-JCB

You have a part number for the relay box you put by the battery.

Where did you run the wire in the drivers a pillar? Is there a plug in there already? Or does it do all the way to the relay box you installed by the battery?

Hey buddy great job!, I'm trying to do the same on my 2020 F250 XLT. How do I find the wire harness with back window slide to connect the overhead console

I used A Pillar to switch harness -- LC3Z-15A404-A, it had the back window slide and it worked well.

The harness I got (part number in the description) had an extra plug that I didn’t use. I’m assuming that’s for the rear window switch.

@@EricNorth-qt8cm thanks buddy, I'm ordering the last peace of the puzzle. The dealer guys don't want to help. I noticed that XLT and Lariat are pretty similar on parts.

Good job with the video, I used the same Relay module and A pillar harness as you did. I got my Overhead Condole with Switches off wrecked F250, 2022 Lariat, same as my truck. However my switches only glow blue when truck is running and when I turn the switches on they do not light up amber color and I have no power to the switches. Any thoughts to why I may have this problem. I saw on another conversation someone else had this same problem. Just trying to figure out a resolution. Any help would be appreciated.

I was reading about that with earlier trucks. My guess it’s either the wrong console or harness. When I was looking up part numbers there was a revision for late 21 and 22 trucks. I could order those parts but not the older ones.

Did you ever figure out the problem? I have the same issue. Just installed the setup this morning on my 2022 lariat. Only back backlighting no power.

What are those 4 little lights next to the switches? I just got a 22 with factory switches but wonder if those are little LED lights??

I think they are either microphones or something related to the security system. I still haven’t figured it out LOL

Yes, they are sensors for the security system
