I appreciate you giving some light to the bans and your cautiousness in believing them as that’s always the right thing to do

this whole optimizer/rslhelper debacle. Assuming the ones that have been banned are innocent, maybe there is some sort of firewall setting, malware and such that are now being detected due to some updates by plarium. Or just the grabbing info from the game getting erronously flagged due to an update. I'm still waiting for someone to say they have used neither and still got banned. And also, potentially the "offense" could have happened some timo ago but are just now being reviewed. Blizzard used to do these 6months back bans on botters and all sorts of stuff. Its too early to tell. I would advice to hold off until there is a definitive response from hh/the german that their tool is confirmed safe by plarium.
