Just for the people planning on pulling her rerun. If you have to choose between raiden c2 and engulfing lightning, go for C2 unless you also want haran. Weapon banner is such a scam that you can go 3x pity until you get your weapon which is 60 pulls each due to how weapon banner rates are weighted. So at those same 180 pulls you are guaranteed 2 5* characters which could be 2 raidens and likely will leave you with like 30-40 pulls to go towards a 3rd 5* character. Also haran is a decent weapon but its a lot less universally useful than something like jade cutter so depending on the teams you play it might just end up as a statstick.

I'm F2P and a new player I just reached ar45 a couple weeks ago, and I'm keeping myself there for until I finish pre-farming for Raiden and summon for her on her rerun. I have enough wishes now to guarantee she comes home (61 pity with 110 wishes). So all I'm doing is co-oping emblem domain and wasting all my fragile resin to hopefully get good enough artifacts so that she does as close to peak f2p damage. All i really need atm is a good er sands and a good electro goblet would be pretty perfect for now. I also have the catch at r4 atm but I just need the red pufferfish to farm and I'll get R5. My Raiden will be my first 5* (hopefully) and my first decently built character. I'm probably going to use most of my wishes to try and get Kujou Sara to C6 and maybe C1 Raiden while im at it. As I already have a team ready for Raiden composing of: Raiden, Xiangling, Sara, and Bennett. Which all require low amounts of investment to make them do what their needed to do. So I'm pretty set for Raiden all I really need to do is farm artifacts/talent materials/handguards. That's basically it, which I'm pretty confident that I can obtain in one weeks time.
