Cap, I heard the F18 radar detection values were changed and now it can only detect enemies up to 40 miles. Do you know how true is that?

Yes i tried it in multiplayer and it is noticeably trashed. Now by the time you find them the AMRAAM is already pitbull at you

Is there any picture quality difference between ATFILR and an old TPOD?

RedKite's review says the old one's better as the pixellation hasn't been added to the old one yet. Not to mention LITENING II has a rolling zoom while ATFLIR only has 2 zoom modes.

In real life, a lot of that shit is still 💼📂🙈🙉🙊 but in DCS, the LITENING has a better zoom than the ATFLIR. Of course, in real life, the LITENING won't stand up to carrier launches and recoveries for long.

@@nielscarp Matt Wagner worked for the CIA and has clearance. In fact, he and his team act as a sort of firewall to make sure that nothing that is sensitive, restricted, or ITAR-controlled ends up in the retail products. I hope this helps.
