@Cap Just a couple of things: - Target points are not in the early access version yet - Your dive was about 27 degrees and not 40. This is why generally 25 degrees is the usual dive angle, 40 is very aggressive as you found out even with the 27 degree dive. Nice hits:)

Going low is mostly for evading AA fire or missle locks anyway, might require a lot of guesswork if you're in that situation tho

How about a video showing the correct use of mk82 snakeye high drag bombs? Been struggling a lot to get the proper attack profile. I also think auto mode should work well with them as you'll likely not see your target in time when low on the deck.

Your TGT point is off because the computer rounded the value down. It accepts DD:MM not DD:MM:SS. So when you entered 37 seconds for your first entry it converted it to 0.61 mins. The problem is that 37 seconds is 0.61667 mins. That .00667 mins coupled with the error in your other entry probably resulted in the 100 ft error you’re seeing. Try using the MGRS...if it will allow more numbers it will be more accurate.

but my hornet only tkaes dd:mm:ss or is there a option where i can change this in the nav system

It does take dd:mm:ss, but 1 second is up to 101 feet, so the accuracy is only +/- 50'. Plus I don't know if it's an INS thing or what, but often the coordinates you enter aren't the same as what displays on the WP.

James R Yes...this is the point I was making. It takes DD:MM:SS, but converts it to DD:MM.xx but seems to make large rounding errors.

Is it possible to correct CCIP for target elevation? It assumes the target is on flat ground and completely misses if it's actually on a hillside.

Hey Cap, could you show how to ripple bomb say a runway low level with snakeeyes? I can't seem to reliably put the target point on the end of the runway with the inaccuracy of the waypoint designate, and by the time I get the target diamond on the point I want with the TDC nipple, I'm too close to release. Keep up the great content man.

I'm a beginner. Which DCS World should I play? Downloaded on Site or by Steam? Which one is the best?

Auto bombing using the ball and chain method is super messed up. Marking a target from a far gets very messy. It only works if you mark the target from very close. Which kind of negates the purpose of it for me.
