Last two FA Cup runners-up (Hull, A. Villa) got relegated the next season. The winner before that (Wigan) got relegated the same season and again 2 years after. Tradition is not on Palace's side. Their league form was awful in 2016. They will have to improve a lot next season to avoid the same fate. I would like them to win today but they are massive underdogs.

As a Palace supporter, I really want to see Pardew & co beat Manchester United as much as possible. At least i hope so. Perhaps Adebayor get a hat trick. Had been so fun to see a new season without trophies for United. They have got too much luck earlier, so I put all my money on Palace. Hopefully, they will win the match too. #palaceineuropaleaguenextseason :)

Wish we’d won it. I was there and when we scored, I was knocked backwards onto a seat. I had a scab on my elbow and I hit it and it was bleeding so much. At the final whistle I went to 1st Aid to come back to my seat to see Manchester United score as soon as I sit down. Best and worst day of my Ligue.
