Well they're levels to homelessness. There was a homeless couple that wee "Special Needs" where City workers and LAPD dispose all their stuff leaving them with no options. Now if you think about non able-bodied homeless individual where other homeless and activist look after, their realm of think when they see a cleanup is it's time to move, they're realm of thinking that they did something wrong and this is how the city punishes them. Gary Featherstone speaks deep on the Project Roomkey (temp hotels for the homeless) and how Mike Bonin is mismanaging them.

They either don't want to conform or they are mentally ill. We are not going to place our general public lives on hold any longer while we wait for them to grow up and get their life together. @@freeridemoto7133 Agreed. Our local mental health center was closed during the Reagan administration. So far, I have not encountered dangerously unstable people. But, there are many who could be dangerous if pushed too far. My advice is always drive with your doors locked. Keep windows and doors locked at home. Do not answer the doors to strangers. Keep blinds snd curtains closed. Come home before dark. Stay home until other people are out and about. Keep your keys in your hand and set off car alarm if uneasy. I could add so much more to this list. Overall, just be aware of where you are, who is around you, and have a plan in case you run into the unexpected.

@@sylviathompson100 ive seen people with doctorates degrees lawyers and once used to be business owners who are homeless, getting and keeping a job isn't as easy as they want us to believe it is, no matter how many businesses are hiring.

He was convinced that it the humane thing to give them their checks directly instead of the old state designated payee program in which the care homes were paid directly and the individual was given the difference. Once that happened, tons of caregivers were out of jobs and all the recipients were out on the street.\ where they became prey for dope pushers and scammers.

@@charlesurrea1451 I saw that a veterans hospital in LA has campsites for homeless vets by the hospital but it is abt 1/3 of capacity because it has strict rules against booze and drugs. Not sure if it is for RVs or tents. It was pictured in one of these videos of the area. It was fenced and looked very neat and kept up
