I specifically started watching your channel because it combined two of my favorite things, renovations and French. I have a home in France that I am renovating and I am learning to speak French so your channel is helping me learn. I have learned many phrases and words by just listening to you speak and reading the English subtitles. Your English is very good but I love when you speak French. Your work on the Chateau is superb and I admire you and your wife for all the hard work you have done.

C’est un plaisir de regarder vos vidéos. Je suis très dubitatif en revanche sur le business des kits solaires qui en réalité sont très coûteux par rapport à une installation classique de photovoltaïque. C’est un filon que les beem, sunology, sunethic, … ont bien compris. Quand trop « d’influenceurs » s’en font refourguer a tout va, c’est louche.

😁 Ce commentaire écrit en français (par une française ?) me fait rire. Personnellement lorsque je comprends tout ce que dit quelqu'un parlant anglais c'est qu'il parle un anglais aussi "parfait" que le mien, c'est à dire loin d'être parfait. Pour autant je précise que Samy parle ++++ mieux bien l'anglais que moi (et le français !)

The facade is looking beautiful looking forward to to see how it all comes together with the new terrace as well as the new office space!! As far as the language is concerned, your English is very good. At the same time your subtitles are also very well done, which isn't always the case with other French KZfaq channels. If a large percentage of your audience is from English- speaking countries, it might be a good idea to add some English content on occasion as some of your audience might feel more connection to you both but your videos have been great the way they are!

C'est ce type de chantier qui tape à l'oeil!!! Dans une rénovation il y a tellement de bricoles qui prennent énormément de temps et qui ne se voient pas... Là au moins vous n'aurez pas le droit au "bah vous n'avez rien fait depuis notre dernière visite" (ça sent le vécu et c'est tellement énervant!!!)!!! Bonne continuation!!!

😅 merci beaucoup !!! ça c’est clair ! Par exemple quand c’est plaqué et enduit, personne ne se rappelle qu’avant ça on a retirer tout l’existant, faire des dizaines de voyages en déchèterie, gratté les joints en terre puis refait ceux en chaux avant de railler/isoler/plaquer/ enduire 🙈
