Just giving my tips for who all commenting & asking doubts : 1) Sunscreen indoor'laum podanum. 2) Sunscreen pottutu outing poringana every 2-3 hours reapply pananum. 3) Daily Sunscreen, so daily Double Cleansing is important. 4) Kids to Pregnant ladies ellarum sunscreen use panalam. But ask your dermatologist. Including Men. (For pregnant ladies, Mineral/ physical Sunscreen.) 5) Don't judge any Sunscreen using after 2-3 days, wait for 10-15 days then decide. First try to learn, notice the change on your face then decide to continue or not. Then search, unga skin'ku enna mathri Sunscreen venum. Moisturizer & SPF are basic & game changers in Skincare, so never ever skip these two. PS : Don't believe in these words, chemicals use pana kudathu .. blah blah...😅

@@MrMuthukumar2002 if you are going out , SPF 50+ to 60+ is better. 30 - 40 is ok for indoor. You have to choose your Sunscreen according to your skin type. And what ingredients your skin will liking i don't know that right, so i can't recommend. 3 type of Sunscreens ; Chemical Sunscreen, Physical/mineral Sunscreen, Hybrid Sunscreen. So, First read the ingredients, what you want for your skin. I'm just giving some recommendations, because i used almost 8 different Sunscreens😅 1) Wishcare Sunscreen (My current favourite, it's OMC , OXYBENZONE FREE , it's a hybrid Sunscreen) 2) My dermatologist recommend Ekran MS gel. Not a fan of silicon/ polymer Sunscreen, but I'm liking this one 😊 3) Bello Photostable Sunscreen 4) Minimalist sunscreens ( i used both Sunscreen SPF 50 & 60 . Both are good. But SPF 60 is my favourite) Chemical Sunscreens. If you use after actives it will pill., mainly SPF 50 pills alot. 5) Earth Rhythm ultra defence hybrid Sunscreen. I don't like it. If you have oily skin don't use this. 6) Reequil ultra matte dry touch Sunscreen. I think it's silicon/ polymer based Sunscreen. Lot's of people's favourite Sunscreen. 7) UV Med Tinted Sunscreen (recommend by my first dermatologist) i don't like it. 8) Aqualogica Radiance Sunscreen. Because of the youtubers , Instagramers i bought this shit. It has OMC, OXYBENZONE .. it made my skin dull, dark. So big no to this Sunscreen from my side. You have to find what ingredients will suit your skin. After using Aqualogica only i knew that, OMC, OXYBENZONE makes my skin dark. So i stopped using this. Now i always check the ingredients. So better to learn about your skin , it's trial error method dear. Use anyone from this according to your skin type , then see. If you don't like it then try another one 🙂 Happy Skincare, Enjoy SPF!

I can't wear Sunscreen repeatedly every 2 hours once . I have no Skin damage . 13 years of working under sun. Never bother about fine lines and aged appearance . Although you used to apply sunscreen you can read the instructions mentioned in the sunscreen itself to not to stay in the sun longer.

Wrong understanding of sunscreen. There is nothing like South Indian,North Indian skin. Even in South Indians,you have people who have lighter skin tone and darker skin tone as well. Sunscreen protects against the harmful effects of the UV rays. Nowhere it is mentioned that it will prevent tanning..in fact,in this video,the doctor has mentioned that in detail. Plus if you want to prevent tanning,what you need to use is sunblock,not sunscreen.

Use facelin ointment at every night before go to bed... It works even I too had same issues but now my pimples gone bcz of that ointment, within 5 months ur skin will be clear... Now I'm using other facial products also..👍
