No, definitely not... Despite some great characters, this was a decline of WWF after the golden age of gimmick era. We need to wait until the Attitude era to see it rising again. Sure, this was gold, platinum and diamond compared to today WWE...

And even so, there were at least a couple Latino (Puerto Rican) wrestlers who borrowed something from the character like Carlito with the fruit spitting got it from one of the Razor vignettes and Damian Priest does the Razors Edge.

No matter how big of a fan both you and I are of Nash, the truth is that he never was good on the Mike. He just didn't have the charisma that hall and others had.

There probably in the back in the same room together .. WRESTLING is a work.. I was a major mark. When diesel beat razor .. all I remember is shawn Michael's was involved that always makes it better and Vince McMahon saying ...oh.. no.. he knew how to work a mark like me. Cuz he seen that finish 10 years ago. In wrestling nothing changes just rearranges. Thats why NWO was different . Nash is a beast but hall was the best man arguably I mean hey he beat shawn ,diesel in there prime gave bret good matches to. Hot screwed in king of ring final at owen hat and only lost I C belt to double j because the roadie took out his knee. Razor will live forever. First 4 time IC champ when it still meant something.

The IC title could still be this important if the brand split rosters were hard locked and there were no free agents appearing on both shows and if its the only other singles title on the show. That was the issue during the attitude era. There was too many singles belts and not enough tv time to feature them all. In this video its just one world title, IC, and tag so IC is obviously going to be more important and feel more prestigious than it did later on plus these guys are bigger stars which adds even more importance.
