The best way to do this is to give people value added video that will make them stay glue and direct them to get the remaining part on your KZfaq. For example Instagram can't take lengthy video, so you can put your link to redirect them to watch the remaining.

I feel like I can trust you more if I can at least put a face to the voice. So maybe you should have put your face in a small circle at the bottom corner or something, just as a way to make it more intimate. Your followers that are within your target audience will see your ads. If your goal is to specifically target your followers, you can create a custom audience of your followers and target them. I hope this answers your question.
