I was thinking of my Robot Maker argument, where a robot can make other robots and replicate itself to counter the arguments against the Watchmaker argument for God's existence. Then further in this podcast Fuz proposes that there should perhaps be a Von Neumann Universal Constructor argument for God's existence since the Universal Constructor is an analog to the cell. I can see how my Robot Maker argument and the Von Neumann Universal Constructor argument themselves are analogous.

The only comparison between a watch and a human is complexity. One similarity does not make two things comparable. Example: A duck floats on water, a duck lays eggs, a surfboard floats on water, therefore a surfboard lays eggs (Reductio ad absurdum). Also, if the complexity of a watch requires a watchmaker, and we infer that a human is complex and therefore requires a creator, you have created a self defeating argument. If complexity requires a creator, then God must also have a creator, and God's creator must have a creator as well. Of course here is where theists make a special exception thinking it is a valid response.
