Oh Good Grief. I absolutely hate the "story" feature. The "stories" (which are really not stories) clutter the top of the page like so many toddlers jumping up and down for attention. And I guess that's the point when it comes to businesses. But I know about as many FB users who hate and avoid the feature as those who like it. I am with the former, and so more inclined to ignore and avoid any business, or person seeking fans, who posts a "story." That being said, I think you yourself are incredible. You're accessible, direct, and engaging! A hard bill to fill, but you do it well!
