Janet Richardson Jacobi died at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, KS on February 2, 1982. The memorial requests from the family for Janet are for The Lupus Foundation. She lived in Mason City Iowa with her husband Robert and their daughter Jennifer. Her parents Oliver and Alice Richardson lived in Shawnee, Kansas. Her husband Robert M. Jacobi, later of Nora Springs, Iowa, was killed in a one car accident on a county road in Iowa on March 9, 1983. State troopers said Jacobi lost control of his vehicle at 2:40 AM on the icy roadway and hit 2 power poles.

Robert Jacobi died from injuries suffered in a car accident. Janet was is listed as his first wife. I couldn't find anymore information on her cause of death. Assuming divorce was the reason for being buried separate.

My daddy would have been so tickled at your gesture of feeding the squirrels. We always lived in the woods and daddy built squirrel feeders and bird houses and feeders. The squirrels you fed were not my Daddys grave but I know he is in heaven smiling at your gesture.

Thank you for your respect, dignity, and stories of these people. We spend time in cemeteries as well in hopes of not just learning but helping maintain. No one should be forgotten.

Our mother died in 82 our father never stopped loving her, they reunited in heaven in 2012

According to Find A Grave, Nick Bross died at 97 with Annie listed as his only wife. A son, Joseph Bross, was born 2 years before Annie passed. Joseph also lived to be 98 and is laid to rest in the same cemetery as his parents.

I think I'm going to ask that the reason that I died...because I often find myself asking that question when I go to visit my family that has passed and I see a young person. Although when I went to visit Chickasha Oklahoma there was a nice headstone and I went to look and it said the person's name and it then said Victim of the Oklahoma City Bombing... So many lives cut short senselessly!

He was born May 19, 1951, at Cedar Rapids, and attended school at Atkins and Benton Community School, Van Horne. At the time of his death, he was manager of th mill and elevator department of Iowa Kemper Insurance Co., Mason City, and served as committee chairman of the Mill Mutual Insurance Companies.

According to Findagrave, Robert Jacobi may have remarried (possibly) as Janet Jacobi is mentioned as first wife. Robert was killed in an auto accident. Their daughter survives them.
