there are other jewelry channels out there, but I watch Peter for the way he interacts with his customers. No one seems to make the guests feel welcomed like him

@@retrofotos5500 those guys are not retail merchants like Peter. He has an open door to the public. Not working from an office. CRM is more like Peter, but not in his category of multi- million dollar inventory. MoneyMay calls Peter because of the selection. He could call anyone. Plus Peter is paying huge rent for that location just by those famous steps on Rodeo Dr. Next to Stefano Ricci.

Great Video Peter Marco!!.. It is always exciting to see the activity in the Store. Wonderful intro, showcasing some magnificent Items, a very small portion of the Inventory but it speaks volumes.
