We went to explore the biggest Pav Bakery in Mumbai that makes more than 50,000 pavs each day and they have been doing this for over 25 years.. We all know Mumbai lives on Pav and how important these are to each one of the locals here, be it Vada, Bhaji or Ragda, Pav is everyone's favourite. if u wanna make the same kind of pav at home then u have to use fresh yeast block (not instant coz fresh might give you that tangy flavour) plus gluten powder to make it stretchy n soft

when you say world mai kahin.....I just have one question, kitne places have you actually visited? Mumbai and Pune mai aise big bakeries and fresh Ladi pav is common. I have eaten fresh bhatti se nikla pav much bigger and fluffier than this in Pune. and there might be many other places as well because for us this is common.
